Thanks to all who participated in this great event, which was sponsored by the Steyn Family. After the exhibition round, Julia Steyn, Vinicius Carmo, and Charlie Abelmann addressed those in attendance to share plans for a partnership with Padel to realize paddle courts and to spearhead building more tennis courts. Our Tennis Center is immensely popular and is ripe for expansion. Charlie and Vinicius expressed gratitude to Anke and Juergen Friedrich and the JAF Foundation, the Andrew Sabin Family Foundation, the Hunt Foundation, and others whose early commitment to the tennis center has had such an impact on children and families in this area. We should all be grateful for their visionary, generous support given when this endeavor began.
