# The Nexus Lecture Series—Bob Roth, CEO of David Lynch Foundation

On Saturday, April 27, Bob Roth, CEO of David Lynch Foundation and one of the world's leading experts on Transcendental Meditation (TM) came to Ross School as the inaugural speaker in [The Nexus Lecture Series](https://www.ross.org/nexus). Over 100 members of the East End community filled the Senior Building's Lecture Hall to hear Mr. Roth introduce the principles of and research behind TM as well as his story of how he first was introduced to TM. The lecture was followed by a Q&A and reception with wines donated by Kontokosta Winery, teas by Plain-T, and hors d'oeuvres from the Ross Café.
The Nexus Lecture Series is made possible by the dedicated team of parents on the Nexus Committee: Ann Stewart, Elizabeth Yektai, Deborra-Lee Jackman, Sylvia Witzenmann, Lisa Frohlich, Sheila Scanlan, Ali Pratt, and Holly Li.
