Joel Carlin's Advanced Environmental Science class prepares students for the AP exam on environmental topics. Their "UnCommon Harvest" assignment asked students to address ten questions about a food chosen from a list provided by Dr. Joel. The students presented their findings in the form of very informative infographic posters.
