It was accompanied by a Crystal Singing Bowl (by Maria Maier). Jin Shin Jyutsu uses touch and gentle pressure and is an accessible way to practice self-care. The Go Far Field Academy students in grades 7 and 8 have responded very well to the workshop and participated with great focus.
