This week Grade 1 traveled to the Elizabeth Morton Wildlife Refuge in Noyac. The students completed a native bird checklist (osprey, tufted titmouse, northern cardinal, and more!) and observed signs of spring.
They have also begun their poetry study for April Poetry Month, with students creating their own concrete poems.
